How It Works
Dragon printing & packing Co.,ltd, we provide customized quotation of sample costs, printing costs and shipping costs by sea or by air, estimated turnaround time as well as relevant suggestions and ideas based on client’s requirements.
If you are interested in our quotation and hope to consider taking the next step, we will then send you a blank dummy samples as per your product using the materials and specifications, also, we can send printed samples for your reference if get artworks from our clients.
Prepress
Once you provide us with artworks, our CTP staff will review the artworks carefully for any potential problems, such as bleeds, overprints resolutions and so on.
our CTP will print out ozalids for you to review the words and image of the files as well as digital proofs for checking colors and FeDex to you office, we will also point out the reports from our CTP where your will have the opportunity to change if any, new files will be replaced if need.
Print Production
Our Printing Control manager will check the paper and color quality, layout, registration, trimmings, crossovers as well as other critical attributes. A press check will be made at every curtail step in the production
Throughout the whole process, we will keep you informed on the status of your project, during production if something is abnormal, we will send your some photos or samples by express for you confirmation. 100% make sure everything is in order before shipment.
Quality Inspection.
Before shipment, all the goods will be carefully inspected by skilled QC, we will send you some photos by email to show the packing style to avoid damage in the course of shipment. Also, we will send you several advanced copies by Fedex for your final inspection. Nothing leaves the factory until we have your satisfied approval
Shipment
Using famous international freight forwarding companies and our own dedicated customs agents with reasonable shipping costs, we follow the progress of shipping and notice you ETD and ETA. Upon approach the destination seaport, we will send you all the import documents for your customs clearance.
